At Charm Bar, each piece is thoughtfully curated and assembled just for you. Because of the personal nature of our jewelry, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order ever arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 3 days so we can make it right.

How long will it take to get my order?

Each Charm Bar piece is assembled and packaged with care, and because of the volume of orders and the custom nature of our charms, orders take at least 2 weeks to fulfill before shipping.

Can I see my jewelry before it ships?

At Charm Bar, every piece is assembled with care and shipped as soon as it’s ready. If you’d like to see your jewelry before it ships, please let us know by leaving a note under “Additional Requests” at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only in the US.
